LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & EVICTION ASSURANCE
PMI Patron is not responsible for any unpaid rent, resident-caused damages, or financial losses exceeding the amount of the resident’s security deposit. Pursuant to California law, the maximum allowable security deposit for an unfurnished residential property is equal to one month’s rent. Owner acknowledges and accepts that actual damages or losses may surpass the amount recoverable from the resident’s security deposit.
Legal representation in Southern California often exceeds $400 per hour. If an eviction becomes necessary for a resident placed by PMI Patron, we provide up to $5,000 in eviction-related legal cost coverage—so you’re not facing unexpected expenses alone.
While we take every precaution in screening and management, PMI Patron cannot be held liable for unpaid rent or property damage that exceeds the security deposit amount.
